WHY I BECAME A MINIMALIST

When I decided to find holistic ways to manage my mental illness, I stumbled upon minimalism and I realized that living a simple lifestyle and decluttering my surroundings would help me declutter my mind, which would help me deal with anxiety and stress. Being surrounded by everything that adds value to my life improved my mental health because I don't have to deal with so much negativity anymore, and learning how to become more mindful and grateful makes me happier. I also save more money, which makes adulting easier compared before.
